F.A.T International is a trailblazing racing brand based in Austria that fosters a community approach to motorsports. F.A.T's ethos is inclusivity, fun and speed, a very come-as-you-are approach to motorsports that brings together hundreds of poeple to their venues on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, Aspen, or Le Mans.
Not long ago it took over GP's iconic ice races in Zell am See, in Austria's picturesque Salzburg region, which were a reincarnation of Porsche's famous ice races in the 60s. The event is traditionally held in the Zell am See airport field, and the hangars serve as space for displaying concept vehicles, merchandise, bar area, restaurant area and other services.
We were commissioned to design the bar, merchandise store and the podium for the best three contenders. One continuous, solid-colour wall acted as a backdrop for the store and podium. In front, a symmetrical composition, employing the same bright red wall, housed the much frequented bar.
