Ground broke on this gorgeous lake-facing Zell am See property in November 2024 with the demolition of the former chalet. We removed the form work on the concrete base at the beginning of April 2025. This concrete base that runs along the whole building takes care of the considerable slope. The upper storey will be dyed wood with delicate blinds on the windows, which when closed seem imperceptible. The house offers beautiful views on all sides, especially towards Lake Zell. Completion is expected before the end of the year.
